Matthew Kennedy

Matthew Kennedy has more than 25 years experience with facilities operations and human resources. He has an extensive background in operational management, custodial, grounds, security services, strategic planning, financial management, training, and labor relations, as well as in the areas of Contract Law and Union Relations.

Mr. Kennedy has served as general manager for a number of facilities, including Madison Square Garden in New York City. Most recently a private consultant, he has expertise in assessing existing custodial operations, measurement of service levels, benchmarking of resource requirements, improving the original design of custodial organizational structures, outsourcing feasibility, contract negotiations,

Mr. Kennedy earned his bachelor’s degree at Kennesaw State University.

 

James H. Reeves, AIA

Jim Reeves has more than 30 years experience as project manager, project architect, and consultant for a wide variety of projects. During his career, Mr. Reeves has worked on projects for the United States Fish & Wildlife Service, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corp., General Motors, a number of medical and dental facilities, and extensive communications facilities. His experience also includes multiple hotels, office, and industrial facilities.

Mr. Reeves is NCARB registered, as well as registered architect in Georgia, Florida, Kansas, and Colorado. He is a member of the Standard Building Code Congress. He holds a bachelor of architecture from Kansas State University and is a member of Tau Sigma Delta Architectural Honorary Society.

 

Sarah Banick
Director of Marketing and Communications

Sarah Banick serves as director of Marketing and Communications. Ms. Banick has more than 15 years experience in the marketing of nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. She has worked with or served as development consultant to the capital and annual campaigns of more than 25 agencies. Most recently, she was campaign writer for the Georgia Institute of Technology's $700 million capital campaign.

As a freelance writer and editor, Ms. Banick has worked with a variety of clients to develop web pages, brochures, newsletters, and other collateral. She holds a bachelor's in communications from the University of Tennessee and a master's in public and urban affairs from Georgia State University.
